Shaan Suhas Kumar is an Environmentalist, Educator and Filmmaker. As a Climate Reality Leader she trained under Former US Vice President and Nobel Peace Prize Winner Mr. Al Gore in Houston, USA. She was also one of the 15 chosen youth climate journalists from all of South Asia by the Climate Tracker to train, attend and cover the 5th Asia Pacific Climate Change Adaptation
Forum in Sri Lanka in 2016. In the past she was chosen as one of the 15 writing fellows from all of South Asia to be trained by Climate Tracker in Climate Journalism and was invited to cover the 5th Asia Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum in SriLanka in 2016. She has volunteered, interned and collaborated with more than 10 organizations in the field of environment in the past decade.

Shaan is Top Model India 2016-17 and will be representing India at Top Model Worldwide in London, UK, this March. Formerly, Shaan was a Miss Earth India National Finalist as well as Fbb Femina Miss India Bhopal Finalist last year.
