The causes that Aarati Rao associates herself with are what define her. She works at the intersection of the Education, Sustainability, and the Social Enterprise space. She has worked in the education space for over 3 years and has worked with the affordable private school community, taught kids at an orphanage, kids in the mighty hills of Himalayas and is multilingual for having taught kids in Colombia and china as well. She believes in every child's potential to drive change as much as she believes in every individual's potential to do so. In the past she has worked with a number of organizations in the non-profit space like Indian Youth climate Network, AIESEC, Make a Difference across sectors. She was recently a Climate Change Ambassador to Antarctica as a part of the International Antarctica Expedition 2016 and is a Soul Volunteer to the Rio Para-Olympics 2016. She is passionate about playing the guitar and enjoys Ultimate Frisbee, old Hindi songs, and Spanish cinema.
